(Happiness lesson-16, enjoy the process)

L < strong > Lesson 16 < / strong > < strong > < / strong > < strong > enjoyment process < / strong >

Know exactly what I want to change. Because for a long time, I have been a perfectionist, because I always think of perfection and success. My subconscious makes it impossible for me to get rid of perfectionism, because I think it means washing away the baby and the bath water, that is, success is washed away. But now I know more about perfectionism, < strong > it is an uncontrollable fear of failure. I understand that I can still be full of ambition without giving up success and enjoy the process at the same time. This is a better understanding so that I can move on, so the first step is to know

< strong > neural plasticity, our brain is constantly changing. By teaching them to pay attention to the process and pay attention to their efforts, rather than the results or final achievements, we can change their thinking mode. We can also pay attention to our efforts and the process itself. No matter whether it is failure or success, we can take the initiative to accept it and it will always be a part of us

< strong > active acceptance means: “well, I’m still a perfectionist. I may always have this character. It doesn’t matter, it doesn’t matter.”

“< strong > we should regard it as a tool, a tool for growth, a way to understand ourselves, so that we can dig deep into ourselves and grow < / strong > If you look at it like this, it’s an opportunity to grow up, understand yourself, reflect on yourself, put yourself in the shoes of others, be bored with what it is, regard it as a tool, accept it, and then act.
