一、自我认知

1.多渠道评估

自我分析:已是大二学生,既没有大三大四的师兄、师姐们为实习或就业而感到紧张,没有他们那么经验老道且成熟,也没有像大一的新生那样面对一切都是那么新鲜、陌生、好奇、茫然。对生活、学习已有了符合自己的方式方法。人际关系也不错,有加入自己喜欢的社团——演讲协会,积极参加社团活动认识志同道合的小伙伴,并且在演讲方面也掌握了各种演讲技巧;加入办公室学生助理团,结识工作中的不同学院的同学与老师,帮助自己工作技能的提高。

他人评价:在不认识的人面前总是装作成熟、冷漠、严肃的样子,但接触过后会发现是个挺热心的人,也挺好接触,有时还会像小学生一样搞怪一下,表面看起来嘻嘻哈哈但仔细观察后会发现有点小悲伤。

成就回顾:高中参加过青少年科技创新大赛拿过市三等奖,长见识了,明白要开阔自己的眼界;校级一些知识竞赛的证书,知识补充;办公室助理聘书,对自己工作的肯定,工作技能的提升。

性格偏好:性格比较内向,不够激情,不愿意主动,比较被动。喜欢打球但只是偶尔打;喜欢一个人散步享受自己独自的时间;喜欢做一下实践性较强,需要动手操作的事。

① 家庭环境分析

一个普通家庭,没有太大资源,在就业方向上,父辈们有在计算机方面的就职经验与资源,但较偏向于硬件方面,在软件方面可向我堂哥咨询与寻求支持,他已就业四五年,属于软件工程方向,有较大的技术支持与公司信息提供参考。

② 学校环境分析

学校有专用实验室,有负责的专业教授,今年又与华为合作开办华为ICT学院,有较大的学校支持与企业合作机会。

③ 社会环境分析

随着科技的进步和信息事业的发展,尤其是计算机技术的发展与网络应用的逐步普及,电脑已成为人们工作和生活中不可缺少的东西。it行业迅猛发展,就业工作岗位也彼彼皆是,在最近几年内,it职场排行榜仍旧处于所有行业中的“老大”。

软件工程师英文是Software Engineer,是从事软件职业的人员的一种职业能力的认证,通过它说明具备了工程师的资格。软件工程师是从事软件开发相关工作的人员的统称,包括软件设计人员、软件架构人员、软件工程管理人员、程序员等一系列岗位,工作内容都与软件开发生产相关。

目前国内软件测试工程师的来源主要有三方面:一是以前专业做软件开发的人员后来转行做软件测试,二是从大学招聘的本科或者研究生,三就是通过培训机构招聘的专业学员。据了解,在国外测试人才的供应方式多以第三种为主,而国内21世纪初除少数培训机构外尚未形成足够的人才供应规模。以北京中关村为例,现有软件企业5000多家,仅对日本软件外包领域的人才缺口就高达5000人,而对美软件外包人才缺口更大,可供量不足10%。中关村一位负责人介绍,未来5年北京将有至少200亿美元的外包订单,由此可推算出中关村将出现100万的软件人才缺口。巨大的产业前景和匮乏的人才现状,使越来越多的IT企业关注软件测试人才的储备工作。

未来前景:我国软件出口2010年规模达到215亿元,软件从业人员达到72万人,在中国十大IT职场人气职位中,软件工程师位列第一位,软件工程人才的就业前景十分乐观。毕业生主要在各大软件公司、企事业单位、高等院校、各大研究所、国防等重要部门从事软件设计、开发、应用与研究工作。有关数据显示,目前我国对软件人才的需求已达20万,并且以每年20%左右的速度增长,而高校计算机毕业生中的软件工程人才还很缺乏,尤其是高素质的软件工程人才的极度短缺。

①我的优势(strength)及其使用

做事能够沉着冷静,有耐心,不会焦躁不安,遇事后能较好的临时处理,事会总结分析,做事习惯于构造一个大概的思路,符合软件工作思维与特点,人际关系上不会紧张,基本不会发生争吵。

②我的弱势(weakness)及其弥补

比较内向,沟通表达较差;弥补措施是在大学加入演讲协会,有一个锻炼的场地,多参加相关活动,增加沟通能力与表达能力。计算机专业学生基础知识博弱、技术功底差。计算机专业就业方向主要分部在:计算机软件、计算机硬件、计算机网络及计算机应用技术等,计算机硬件这方面在目前看来就业人数已供多于求,而在计算机软件及网络技术上还是缺乏人才,尤其是高科技创新人才!也由于高层计算机技术的深奥,各方面技术的结合,使得高层技术岗位人才十分的贫乏。由于竞争的激烈,同时学得不深,有的学生虽说学此专业但是就业时也转入其它行业的也数不胜数!

③我的机会(opportunity)及其利用

在家庭关系下,有个别的公司资源,有相关的专业人员咨询讨论,这个专业的方向市场也有较大的需求。

④我面临的威胁(threat)及其排除

在人才紧张的前提下,也伴随着市场经济的影响,如疫情在今年的影响就非常大,许多公司存在危机,应该实时关注社会经济发展,关注国家规划,把握机遇。

四、计划制定与实施
